About Me
I have always been someone who can handle a lot. I am driven, I take responsibility, and I tend to figure things out and keep moving forward. That mindset has served me well in many areas of my life, but it also made it easy to ignore when something wasn’t working.
For a long time, my default was to push through. If I was tired, I kept going. If something felt off, I worked harder. If life got busy, I adjusted everything except my expectations. I didn’t really stop to ask whether the way I was operating was actually sustainable.
Over time, I started to see this same pattern in many of the people around me. They were successful, capable, and reliable. They showed up for their work, their families, and their responsibilities. But their health was inconsistent, their energy was not where it should be, and they often felt like they were constantly trying to get back on track. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Most people I work with don’t struggle because they lack discipline or knowledge. They struggle because their life does not support them in consistently doing what they already know.
My path into this work wasn’t traditional. I grew up in a family where health wasn’t prioritized, and I saw firsthand how much that impacts quality of life over time. When I found fitness, it gave me a sense of ownership. It showed me that how you take care of yourself matters and that small, consistent actions can change the trajectory of your life.
In 2005, I opened Momentum Fit in Ponte Vedra Beach. What began as a passion for training grew into something much bigger. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of clients and began to notice a clear pattern. People didn’t need more information. They needed structure, support, and a way to make their health fit into their actual lives.
That understanding deepened after my own back injury. It forced me to stop in a way I hadn’t before and take a hard look at how I was operating. I realized that pushing harder wasn’t the answer. Building something sustainable was, and that experience shifted how I approach health, performance, and coaching.
Today, as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, my work goes beyond workouts and nutrition. I work primarily with high-performing professionals who are doing well in many areas of their lives but feel inconsistent with their health. They are used to showing up for everything and everyone else. They are capable and driven, but they often feel stretched thin, low on energy, or like they are constantly trying to reset their routines.
My role is to help you step back, get clear on what is and isn’t working, and build something that actually fits your life. Not a perfect plan, but a sustainable one. This work is about identifying where things are breaking down, where you may be overextending yourself, and what needs to shift so your health becomes something that supports you instead of something you are trying to keep up with.
When that starts to happen, things feel different. You have more energy, you think more clearly, and you stop feeling like you are constantly starting over, not because you are trying harder, but because your life is finally supporting you.
If you’ve been pushing for a long time and something still feels off, you are not far off. You may just need a better way to support yourself. If this resonates, you can apply to work with me, and we’ll look at what’s not working, what needs to shift, and whether this is the right fit for you.
You’re already doing a lot. This is about having something that supports you in doing it well.
